Reo Wilde and Nichola Simpson and other SURE-LOC® shooters triumph at the World Archery Festival 2009!
February 6-8, 2009:
About 1,200 archers attended this year's NFAA World Archery Festival 2009 at the Riviera in Las Vegas, Nevada. The event is the first leg of the 3 Star Tour and offered the largest purse ever for an indoor archery competition. $38,500 was up for grabs in the Men's Unlimited Championship Division alone. Reo Wilde, shooting a SURE-LOC® Black Eagle scope, beat out Morgan Lundin to win the shoot-off and $25,000!
The ladies competition in the Compound Unlimited Female Championship was fierce. Using her SURE-LOC® sight and Black Eagle scope, Nichola Simpson from England scored an 899 to win over Tiffany Reeves and Mary Hamm.
